Namecheap does not support account delegation. You can either:
- Share account credentials (not recommended), or
- Share Domain Sharing Access via domain transfers or setting up shared management (limited).
✅ Best Option: Modify Domain DNS or Transfer to Another Account
- Log in to Namecheap: https://www.namecheap.com
- Go to Domain List > Manage next to the domain.
- Modify DNS, Nameservers, or Contact Info as needed.
- If you want someone else to fully control it, initiate a domain push to their Namecheap account:
- Click Advanced > Push Domain to User
- Enter their Namecheap username
- Confirm transfer
For more advanced access, they must log into your account or use a custom solution.
