How to Grant Access to a WordPress Website

✅ Steps:

1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard (usually yourdomain.com/wp-admin).

2. In the left menu, go to Users > Add New.

3. Fill out the following fields:
• Username
• Email of the person you want to grant access to

4. Set a Role — usually one of the following:
• Administrator – full access
• Editor – can edit content but not settings

5. (Optional) Check “Send the new user an email about their account.”

6. Click Add New User
